Our StoryContactThe simple rules that apply when you book a place with us.
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to every booking made directly with Asana School of English, Cahersiveen, Co. Kerry, Ireland. By booking a place you confirm that you are the student's parent or legal guardian and that you accept these terms. Bookings made through an agent are covered by the agent's agreement with us.
Your child's place is confirmed once we receive the €200 deposit. The deposit comes off the total course fee. We will email you a confirmation with the full price and the balance to pay.
The balance is due 6 weeks before the course start date. If you book less than 6 weeks before the course starts, the balance is due straight away, within two days of booking.
Some extras are charged on top of the course fee: gluten-free meals (€25 per week) and the unaccompanied minor service (€50 per journey). The course fee covers 14, 21 or 28 nights (two, three or four-week courses); if travel dates require a longer stay, a supplement of €30 applies for each additional night. Weekend transfers from Kerry Airport, Cork Airport, Killarney train or bus station, Cork Kent station and Cork Harbour are included.
Please tell us in writing, by email to info@asanaireland.com.
More than 6 weeks before the course start date: we refund everything you have paid, including the deposit.
Less than 6 weeks before the course start date: we refund what you have paid, minus a €200 administration fee and a €300 accommodation cancellation fee.
We want every student to have a happy, safe summer, and we expect them to respect their host family, teachers and fellow students. Serious misbehaviour, such as drinking alcohol, taking drugs or bullying, may lead to a student being sent home. We will always contact the parents first, and the student will stay supervised until they leave. In this case the parents pay for the journey home and no refund is given.
Please tell us on the booking form about any medical condition, allergy, medication or dietary need, so we can look after your child properly. Travel insurance is not compulsory, but we strongly recommend it. Students from the EU should bring their European Health Insurance Card (EHIC).
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or significantly change a course, we will refund everything you have paid in full.
We only use photos or video of your child on social media or in our film projects if you have said yes on the booking form. You can change your mind at any time by emailing us.
We look after your information as described in our privacy policy at asanaireland.com/privacy-policy.
