The programme

A week or two to think about what comes next.

Each morning starts with English-medium workshops on well-being, creativity, life and work skills, critical thinking and study skills. In the afternoons you get outdoors: gentle hikes, cycling on Valentia Island, the cliffs at Bray Head, yoga, music and Irish culture.

You stay with a local host family in a shared room, so English becomes part of everyday life, not just the workshop.
